are reviewed by DIABETES BIEN©,
if there is an error it will be communicated to the client upon confirmation of the order and before its “processing”.
In the event of a controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or compliance of
these Specific Purchase Conditions, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the Province of

Steps to follow to return a product:

2. Returns and right of termination of services and / or products:

- If the PRODUCT was defective, Diabetes Bien©, in accordance with the provisions of the Defective Products Law, would immediately replace the product with another identical one.
- Diabetes Bien© will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when, for reasons not attributable(whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it or offer a similar product under the customer ‘s acceptance.
- Diabetes Bien© will accept the return ofthe merchandise when, for reasons attributable to it, the product requested does not correspond to the one requested by the client.
- Request your return via email to rosy @diabetesbien.com within 14 days from the date you received the order.Please let us know in said email the order number and the reason why you are returning the item.
- Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in said return.
- Next and always within 5 working days of your request, our courier company will collect the item at the time you indicate Transportation costs will be paid by the customer.If you prefer, you can send it with another logistics company, postage paid.Then prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the product has not been used.Make sure that the product(especially in case offragility) is well protected against possible damage or breakage caused by impacts during transport.The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
- Once the product has been received in our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return.
- From this date, we have 45 working days to refund the purchase amount except for transportation costs, which will only be returned if Diabetes Bien© is responsible for the reason for returning the product.The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
