150 gr de harina de almendra o de semillas de girasol
70 gr de semillas de lino molidas
8 gr de erythrytol
5 gr de sal marina
3 huevos a temperatura ambiente

For decoration:
Pecan nuts that you will insert into the surface just before putting in the oven
Almond flour to sprinkle after the oven
1. Mix all the ingredients starting with the oils in Thermomix© or kitchen turmix for approximately 1 minute (until they are very well integrated).

3. Let cool and consume as soon as possible. Store cold covered with wax paper or similar and in a paper or cloth bag. As a recommendation; cut and toast a slice with ghee 🙂
The decoration depends on what quality ingredients you have available. In my case; I have chosen pecan nuts but they can be hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
